You can also get yours re-wound (compressed) so that then they are still legal and are the height you want....

can also try suspension places..in melb theres a place that custom makes springs to any stiffness and any height...About $100 a pair fitted..

If you do cut yours, do it step by step...only cut of a half coil or so at a time...then lower and check....

If you're really worried about the spring falling out, then use cable ties on the bottom spring perch to hold them in place.

I cut mine down about 3 inches and have never had the springs fall out ever... Although l don't recommend this!!

nah the best way to lower your ute is to go see King springs they have lowered springs for 1200's, they are about $90 for the pair, as then they are legal.

if i wish to the lower the body 1inchs how much do i cut off the springs? is that the correct way to lower the body?
