Ah jeez you just love a wind up don't you Steven. Remember the last Triumphs sold in England were rebadged Honda Accord's. Jaguar is owned by Ford and their quality is far improved from the 80s and MG was owned by BMW. I think you have rattled our cages long enough. It's time you let everyone here get on with more constructive talk. No one here will ever agree with your theories of Triumph or any other brands superiority, we are all here because of one model of car the Datsun 1200. You may question our sanity, but it's our business, we may stray from the subject occassionally but the reality is we love 1200s no matter what so it's time you gave the wind ups a rest.

I'll do this real slow...so even you "blokes" can understand. I live in the USA. It's that big country in North America. Look on the map, and you'll see it. I have no Volvo, although my dad does.....I gave up on Japmobiles after my first Datsun 1200. Just too much of a weenie car for me. Now..am I going to fast for you guys down under???? Clear the screen off...and read real slow so you understand every word. Let's all thank the Brits for the "real" cars that are still left to us....Triumphs..Jaguars..and MGs....They had, and have class, style, and tradition. They are fun to drive, and despite their shortcomings, people fell in love with them. The Japs came in and exploited the gas shortages of the 1970's. They mass produced generic econoboxes. Now they had a few nice ones...the Datsun 240z, and the Datsun Roadster. Outside of those 2...I'm sorry, but they just don't appeal to me in the least... ..Oh and one more thing..I don't think im smarter than you, I know i am.

you wouldn't be a freaking firefighter if it wasn't for teachers. The fact that i know about 1200's should be enough to keep me in here, although you dope smoking morons sure have a closed mind about everything. By the way...you might be trained to save people like me, but we're trained to educate morons like you.

I vote to see him booted. He is not making any valid points about datsun 1200's (and this is datsun 1200.com). Plus the temptation to reply to him is overwhelming, and it will end up getting me kicked out.

By the way Daniel, how do I get my own section in the photo album?

That 200 Datsun 180B SSS were sold by Nissan as the first mass produced cars in the world to have efi?

I didnt know this at the time but I drove one in Nagano (SE asia not Oceania) when I did a homestay there. The old farmer owned it since new and drove it once in a while to clear the cobwebs.

Converted hope u come back to tell me about your digi readout thingymebob.
