1200rc, sounds like a sprint car engine wouldnt be the good for my 2 points left on my liscense but a car maxing out at 7200 would be just the call.

D, you need to talk to my elec dizzy guy (who i still havent contacted again)

he was telling me all bout cams and stuff and knows guys who do that stuff, he was really keen to help out if i needed it too

mind you he builds motors for sprint cars not road cars so you can only use so many of his ideas before you have a motor which is undrivable on the road

No but I thought if it is the same as the l16 block. I could use the l16 block in an original 1600 I found at the wreckers.

Datrally send the cams away and charge a premium unlike cam joints who do everything in house. Datrally is great but their costs are beyond the average jo blo.

not too sure about the bore stroke specs of the L13 - never looked them up. Have you found one??

I thought maybe it would be a shorter block but it sounds like the L16 is an L13 overbore and the L18 just change of crank? is that right?
With the Kelford cam... Ill have to post a cam over. Or better I can get a new billet with hollow centre for about 370. Thats not too bad for new technology (hollow) unless others do it too.

I believe so. I think it's just the stroke that's different. But they're like rocking horse sh*t here. I've only ever seen one - in this2 door 510 with L18 internals.
