we got busted doing 120kmh in a 50 zone but luckley the cop thought we were doing 70kmh couldnt prove that we were goin 120 so we got off with a $700 fine and a dangerous driving charge

OK! Sounds good to me. I copped heaps of aggro when i got done on a straight road approx 60 - 80 km from the nearest town, (between Colleambelly and Jerilderie). I didnt believe they could take points but it happened. Maybe SA are more civilised being the centre of OZ wine production

its not cause i got it in another state, its cause the laws in that state work diffrently, even someone who lives in SA wouldnt loose points

Sorry to put a damper on things 1200 rally car but with the national licencing system adopted in 1999?? you now lose points from interstate infringements.
I lost points of my Vic licence in NSW (3 points) and in Tassie (2 x 1 points) that took me up to 12 points.
I had to do a year with no points loss just to get my license back to square. I finished it in March.

I haven't got a ticket for 5 years. I'm pretty happy about that. I never got a ticket in my CA18DET. I got 3 tickets when I had the CA18DE power. I was younger and it sounded hot.. so cops pulled me over more.

I just got done for 60 in a 50 zone $123 and 2 points NSW is the dearest state to do anything thanks to that wanker Bob Car.

One good thing about SA, when you get busted by a speed camera you dont loose points off your license

i got done driving to ayers rock, 98 in a 60 in the sweet little town of tintara

fined $325 for the effort, but no points lost thank god, or id be in strife

in Vic i would have lost my licence for going 80 regardles of points, how much does that suck!

actually on the way up one of the guys got done for 158 in a 110, but the cop reduced it to 153 for him otherwise hed be coming back to court for dangerous driving!. but dont think the cop was a nice bloke, he was just trying to get out of doing the paperwork!. not sure if he's gonna loose points or not cause he was actually pulled over (anyone???)

so yeah im starting a charity fund, calling it, "keep the boys in blue off 1200rc's back by donating a dollar or ten"

p.s. on a totally unrelated matter im moving to SA soon! (well not really, but it would be better for my licensce)
