We use the Redline because we couldn't get Lynx--from memory, it was about AUD215.00.
The only problems were that it was made for a GX and 2 holes had to be drilled and tapped M8 into the A14/15 head so that the manifold could be bolted on with Unbrakos. Its not entirely satisfactory because with our extractors (home made), these caopscrews are hard to get at.They did provide a drilling guide for the two extra holes which was helpful

Try" Redline" also . I thought they may have sold Lynx stuff as well. What manifold are you after?

Try putting "lynx" on the search box on the left.
