I've got mine (1600 with a SR) fully insured with Shannons on agreed value, i think my first premium was about $ 1100 but after 4 years it has dropped t0 $ 599. The car hardly gets driven though, it is alarmed and in its own garage which also has an alarm.

well when i had my supercharged ke20 i just got 3rd party through JUST CARS.
straight third party anout $450
3rd part firentheft about $850
If ur on P's and have a modified car i could not ever see it being worth while to get full comp, cos it costs a packet and if u had that sort of money u wouldn't be asking in the first place.
so i guess only shannons and just cars can deal with the fact that you have a modded car, most others don't touch you.
