i saw the orange 1200 with plates sr1200 at the last cruise, i was there in my road car but when i saw the car at lilydale lakes i couldnt see the owner, then it was pulled over on the side of the road mid way to yarra glen, i never saw it after dat

Don't know if you guys know the car or not but I've been on a few mccr cruises and there is an orange coupe with an SR20 that has been on a couple of cruises. It's a really nice car.

i would have cruzed with u and toddat but i couldn't hang around( family stuff to do).
Definately be up for a all datto cruze if i can smuggle the rolla in.

yep, a couple of us turned up, toddat1200 and myself met up, but because 1200rc didnt turn up we decided not to go on the cruise. Bummer but was looking forward to twin turbo terror to scare the crap out of all those punk p plate drivers.
Toddat and i thought a cruise later in the year for just us dattos would be better, no big car egos to worry about.
I'll try to work some thing out for about 6 -8 weeks away from now.

well i didn't get my car ready for the MCCR cruise like i planned, i had it running this morning but its making a horrid knocking noise

i went to the second meeting place, in my mates gemini, on the cruise just to be told there where two 1200's at the first place but neither joined the cruise to the second, DOH!

got some pics, but no 1200's so not that interesting

i later found the knocking noise seems to be coming from gearbox, maybe something to do with clutch or flywheel or something

i put the dust plate from the a-15 on the a-12 and also the 4-speed box i had on the a-15 on the a-12, oh and possibly the a-15 starter motor

is there likely to be a problem with any of this stuff???, anyway will be pulling gearbox off this week to investigate and should be back on road on wednesday, yipee

oh if anyone cares i used a small elec pump with a relay and hob's pressure switch to switch over to holley black pump, when on boost, which is plumbed in parralel to other pump (no regulator or return line)
