Hi Chris, thanks for your well wishes, the baby and the new car all arrived in the one week and my 1200 has now been in the family for 3 months and yes it was a bargain
2 owners original engine and 96 thousand miles on the clock, I had the engine re-ringed carby rebuilt new clutch and put in a five speed suits me just fine for putting to work. I just have a few small things to sus out but nothing major.

Congratulations. New baby & newly aquired car in one week[?]. If the 1200 is any good, then you got it as a bargain too. Two younguns filled the back of my 1000 sedan, so i know what it is like. One new baby, complete with safety car seat, basket of napies, lotions, change of clothes, blanket & other baby stuff can very quickly fill a back seat. Enjoy it while you can.

Cheers Guys, Merry xmas to all, I got a brand new son for Chrissy and he got a brand new car , It's amazing how much room such a small person needs in a car.

Thanks for another big year. I think all of us have had a "blow up" posting of one sort or another, so lets try and think twice before pushing the "post" button, so we can keep this place fun for many years to come.
I'm not wishing "Spray Painters" a Merry Christmas, unless they are members here. My car is still not painted. I guess that means I'll be drinking over Christmas, instead of tinkering on my Datto.
