d'oh! It looks like the dark metallic bronze color I'm painting my 310. Rust-oleum? my finish comes out of spray cans ;)

nice car though!

If the steering is just too loose, there is a way to to re-adjust the gearbox.

Thanks guys. This project was enspired by
Andrew . Thanks to him and the 1200 club.
99% of the vehicles in Trinidad is from Japan.
So we have a lot of spare parts for newer models. It took me three years to put this car together my myself, especially locating body parts from Japan and the Carribean. 1/4 mile
is 14.5 sec. with 8 lb of boost, using a G-tech and lots of wheel spin. I am happy with the results, except with the steering box.
Any idea where I can get a new steering box ?

Veeery nice ...

Specifically:
- bodywork is very straight, well done
- Copper paint is surprisingly good looking, and very unique, maybe the only 1200 in the world this color? I like it.

There wouldn't be very many CA18 1200s in Trinidad, is yours perhaps the only one in the country?

For a fella in the middle of the Carribean, a looong way from Japan, it all looks very good.

I am very impressed. How does it go? Are you happy with the results?

He has put the photos here:Winzies Photos!
