Aaron on Plastic Chrome, I use Meguiars Paint Cleaner. Trust me - after 15 years of detailing show cars, you get ot know what works !!!

It is about as mild abrasive as you can get. After that, there is the Toothpaste, etc mentioned before.

And more importantly, I know WHY you're cleaning up the car as I'm spending all Saturday on mine!!! See you Sunday.

Just don't rub too hard. Take it easy and it should be ok.I've used autosol to polish up my from chromed plastic grille emblem. It worked well.

I use autosol on everything,but anything will do eg toothpast,talcom powder,brasso.
