Hey people, Ok the headliner in my car needs updating. I was thinking of making one of the harder moulded ones you find in newer cars. I want to do this so i can emboss flames in the headliner to go with the theme. I cant see that happening in the vinyl headliner. Anyway to the point, any idea what i could use to mould the new, more modern headliner out of? Its a ute so i dont think mounting it to stay up there will be too hard. any ideas would be great. I already thought of using some thin foam and coating it with the resin hardener you use for fiberglass, do you think that would work? cheers, Jared
