The Sunny has got a motor which is under 1600cc, Haltech fuel injection, 63 series gearbox, Nismo H165 (same as Ians, I machined his up) Bilsteins all round.
Yes Ians car is a weapon, I know a bit about his car and the main thing is its just amazing how much horsepower you can get out of a A series motor that is in class limits. They really are an amazing motor.

Thats great news that Ians going to efi, he has been talking about going that way for along time.
Would like to get some photos to post but I don't have a digital camera. I"ll have to stop spending money on the car and put it towards a camera.(Nah, couldn't do that)

yeah lemonhead i know Ian. he lives up here in Townsville, its a awsome beast. does the hillclimbs, tracks and rallys here. latest news i heard from him is he is going to injection, so no more of that beautiful twin 45s weber sound . but from what he is saying should go better for what he wants out of the planned efi setup.

p.s will any pics be taken? , would be awsome to see some pics of the day and dattos on here.

cheers

That would be Ian Olgilvie's 1200, Yes he's VERY quick, known him for a long time, We always park the two Dato's together when ever we are doing the same rally, I try and pick up any pointers from him, he's helped me alot.
