sorta on the same subject here, my ex-friend started taking the piss out of me for doing up my 120y he says get a real car and its a waste of time and money (he drives a blueburd wagon with steelies and roofracks that his parents gave him after buying a new family car) anyway he thinks i should buy a import engine like a ca18, now i dont have a real job, im a fulltime student, living at home and he thinks its funny that i dont have my full licence yet (he's 1 year older than me) anyway does anyone know where a good place to get import engines and cogswappers into tas (i have friends at tas engine exchange), also would an fj20 be a good option for my 120y?

or i could stick with my mighty a12 (i need some rings. anyone?)

sorry for jumping in on your post, should start my own hey.

In a 1200 you can get a ca18et registered but not a sr20et. In a 120y with the extra 100kg of weight you could possibly even engineer a sr20et. Should be no troubles though with a N/A though.
