They are leaf and bolt up to your existing shackles. I am in the US at the moment so can't really help much past this point. PM Converted and he will give you John's contact details in Sydney. John and his brother Jeff (JTS heads) have been modifying 1200's for 30 years and they are 2 of the best examples of 1200 guys that I have met. I have got as much of their gear as I could... and I want more!

Not needed with John's springs. Guys are running full house CA18DET's with this set up - no panhard rods needed. Panhard rods stop your axle tube twisting. Your biggest problem is your lowering blocks as they cause springs to 'wind-up' under acceleration.

Hey Jozz - at at minimum you need to upgrade your rear shocks however it sounds as though you would also benefit from a set of rear springs. I'd suggest John Taylors set with some Koni adjustables. Money well spent and you'll forget about your rear end once fitted.

Hey guys, just wondering... everytime i start to hit boost and the rear wheels spin, the rear of the car hops, its like an axel hop when you do a compression lock up, but its a lot worse. A few of my mates have told me that it does that coz of the leaf suspension, but when its on a smooth surface it doesnt do it. So i was just wondering if it is coz of the leafs or is it coz the tyres are gripping 2 much?? any help would be greatly appreciated as this is getting really annoying

Cheers
