1200 SSS badges were unique to to the NZ model The 1200 and SSS are seperate. They have their own part number but have been unavailable for many years. The 120y SSS had similar badges. There are still plenty of SSS badges on Bluebirds etc if you would be interested in some of those.

Datsun New Zealand developed a 1200 SSS sedan which they sold in the early '70's. I think the Ockers had one as well - but I'm sure they simply copied the innovative Kiwis. I'm trying to remember whether the SSS was actually attached to the Datsun 1200 badging or just stuck beside it. Any way they looked primo and your best bet would be to contact someone like Rare Spares in NZ to get a brand new or NOS set. If you want to go cheap you can go to Nissan Australia and pick up their gorgeous stick on SSS badge that they have on the current Pulsar. Have you posted pictures of your 1000?

hey all, Im' looking for some "SSS" badging to put on tha little 1000, i was thinking bout the 1600/510 badging, but was wondering if the 1200 came out with a SSS model, maybe i could use those badges. Does anyone have any of these badges in decent condiditon, id be willing to pay for a good one cheers!
