it's not the best shell anyway as far as rust (mainly the sills, and inner sills in at least one place)

if someone wants it to fix let me know asap,
as my current plan includes taking the 9 inch grinder to it for rally car spares for a friend (roof, rear quarters and such)

i wont be bothering fixing it, it's a manual tunnel, has rust and paint is chipped up all over the car, (remember i still have my green shell which has the bonus of an auto tunnel, though more rust than this one)

i already have found the replacement shell... i dont pick it up for a few weeks so am not announcing details till then

Use your brains lads hes got insurance no need for violence .Take the car home wack some original running gear in it. goto your local panel shops and get three quotes for the repairs .then obtain a police report of the accident and send it into his insurance to recieve a claim .......
Oh also if hes a diabetic and he hasent stated that on his insurance policy ,his insurance is no longer valid so keep the diebetic thing to yourself when you speak to his insurance company .Loose lips sink ships ................

If they write your car off, find out where this peice of human garbage lives, and take revenge.
It doesn't have to be right away, just don't let his crime against you go unpunished.

(Some people think thay I am vindictive, but I'm gonna make those bastards sorry!)

And people wonder why I'm so hostile about people who drink and drive.

Sorry about the car........in the states , or at least vegas , they will go to the house and arrest the guy.
