The Branco Bros can both read and write English. They are just busy men.
Pedro is on more often than Daniel, so if you have questions it is worth while sending then to Pedro. This doesn't mean he can always reply. If its something that is really offensive to the site or a member, or just complete rubbish, something will be done in time. But meaningless things like stuffed up pics and wrong posts creating new threads is not the priority it would seem. Things like creating new albums for members to post their datsun 1200 pics is something that they always do within a month. They are here to have fun reading about 1200's and seeing 1200 pics and making sure the site is still functioning, not spending hours moderating threads etc.

boofy, sarcasm is one thing even a child can do (you being a case in point), but i suggest you go back and finish and get your high school diploma before you try your hand at adult wit

And whilst your at your studies, consult your teachers about possible intelligent replies to posts on this forum besides your spicolian "cool ride, dude!" or "that ute is look'n tight."

And if you're still having trouble, go to altavista babelfish and translate "competent adult" to "boy hit in the head one times too many with his board."
