Most A14 carbs are have venturis of 23/27, but some are smaller. See Optimum Carburetor Choke Size

What are the choke sizes on the A14 version?
I know that the Stock A12 carbs are 22/26mm.

They are all the same size on the outside (Hitachi DC series). The A14 uses the biggest venturis (chokes) and the A10 the smallest. The A12 is the next smallest.
