Here it is! Only $300 for the whole thing, plus the measly $2k for shipping to Port of Long Beach (where most 1200s came into the US, by the way):

$300 take it away

A year ago or maybe it's two...I got a price quote for shipping for $2000 from Australia to the port of Long Beach. Not to mention the tariff and duties on this end!
If I didn't have the unexpected expense of $2200 for my engine I would have jumped on the orange 120Y wagon that a fellow club member is selling! I can't remember his name but he has a photo of a man sitting down and wearing glasses behind a computer...That 120Y is unique at least here in S. California!

Thanx for the input. I have the front lights, the grill is the same. I was wanting the brackets too.Tail light panel should not change much. though I can deal with that.
Like I said in an earlier post. I have a sheet metal shop at home and I am a painter by trade.

Thanx again,

Mike

honestly, you'd be better off all the way round importing a "hole" car

shipping's a killer from overseas to the states not to mention bodywork, paint etc.

there is a 120Y (and it's female owner) that hails from the Dominican republic.... you might find "euro/aussie" style bumpers there...

but you will also need...

bumper brackets w/hardware

the lights under the front bumper

the grille

the taillight panel - or at least the valance/licence plate frame w/lights bit as it as it relocates the number plate below the bumper

the number plate lights...

I'd give that idea a go...

PS. as far as I know you don't need new guards... the raised section where the guards bolt on to the euro/aussie bumper is there you just have to drill a hole for them...
