ok I ran my first event with new motor


The motor pulled from under 4 all the way to 8 were I had set my rev limiter enginge builder said should be good to 9 , I will reset limiter to 8600 next event the car was very traction limited with the increased torque

the dia of the valve pockets in the pistons are 2.060"

Autocross isn't the place you want a big turbo motor. I still considering doing the A14 crank in A12 block to stay true to the class I run.

Anyone can put boost in to an engine and get it to make power.

N/A engine building is and artform with very few people in the world that fully understand how to build a big HP N/A engine.

an A12 NA can make 170hp???
a friend of mine made 190 hp atw on a conservitive tune with his boosted a14 and all i got was the bullshit call....

make up ur minds guys...
if a a12 na can make 170 hp at the fly
a lot more can be made by forced induction on a bigger motor...
