Thanks to all those who replied. I've learnt a couple of things but looks like I have a bit of pipe manipulation to do so that the intercooler installation will be made easier. I will post a few pictures of my engine, now that it is injected, as soon as I get my camera back from the repair man. Thanks again for all your help. Regards, DiscoStu

Have a perfectly good SC12 lying at home, it came of the 4AGZE that I'm fitting to my 1200, which in turn is getting a sizable turbo fitted to it.
I feel a little queezy coming onto these forums, what with me fitting a Toy engine to my 1200 and all. Apart from the engine and gearbox I'm keeping it Datsun as far as possible though.
However I now have a 1200 Coup

Tyrie, I like your settup, it looks very neat, hope you're going to polish that Holley up to a buff aswell... What happened to your dizzy, or does it just fit behind? Possum's is also very neat, It's just a pitty about that bitchy piping though, I'm just wondering if one couldn't mount the SC upside down to sort it out?

Well it should go between the SC and the intake. So you plumb it in between the outlet of the SC and the throttlebody.

injected now hey? would love to see some pics. Assuming its similar to the holley setup, the cooler will go between the charger anf the plenum, where the pipe goes over the rocker cover. It looks like it would be a bit of a pain in the ass with piping, but if you swivel that pipe around on the charger so it points towards the front of the ute, then run it into a cooler, then out of the cooler on the other side and around a nasty 180degree bend into the plenum... If your injection setup has the throttle body at the front it will make things easier.
