This is for SOLJAH looks like he hijacked your thread.
Here's what i'm working on at the moment.
s13 radiator & 14" thermo fits nicely. My intercooler is 600 x 300 x 76. i have tested it with the grill and front apron on. the front apron needed to be modified slightly. Just had to take a small bit out of the panel so it would fit around cooler but you can't notice it when grill is on. Good luck, hope this helps.

I dont think it matters so much about what size motor it is working with as much as being able to cool the water by having a big enough surface area for the air to flow through. And in saying that, it's no good having a mack truck radiator sitting behind the original size hole in the rad support panel, because it will only have air flow on a small part of the surface area of the radiator.

The easiest way to go about everything for a conversion is to buy a front cut, and then EVERYTHING that goes with that motor will be there. People say that they can get a motor and box for really cheap, but in the long run its all the small bits and pieces that end up costing you big time.
Thats my opinion anyway
