just got back from fiji, there were heaps of datsuns over there. lots of 1200 sedans, utes even a long bed one. heaps and heaps of 310 sunnys, 210 120ys few 1600s, 180bs and even saw a 4 door cherry.

i'll get some photos up when i get some time.

always looking. yep that sea would be a bit of problem, couldn't tow them home with the 1200 ute this time

I went to Fiji, mainly around Nadi, in november/december last year (right around the time of the coup) and i saw quite a few 1200 sedans and utes over there as well as 120y's.
Some of them looked like they were in decent condition as well. A lot better than the other scary stuff you see on the road over there.

don't know of any in fiji but I Know u can take your own, my dad took his even the pic say's kangaroo island this ute went to fiji 2.

I was in Fiji between the 14th & 28th of September in 1974 & there were heaps of Datsuns back then. I got a rental car that was supposed to be a new 120Y, but when it showed up, it was a 1200 two door sedan. I was disapointed at first, but only up to the moment the clutch engaged & I loved it after that.

They seemed to scrap cars only when the rust reached the door handles & it didn't seem to take all that long to get to that level as I didn't notice very many cars that were over 10-12 years old, however all of my time there was spent on the coastal fringe, so this would be a big factor
