aw11? mr2's were mid to late 80's I think. I've got a custom alloy unit with a cut down mercedes core, but it has birdshit welds and leaks mucho water, so its $850 PWR rad for me

Another option is to get the radiator recored with a larger one. It cost me about $220.00 out the door to have it done, works great.

Since I'm in the US I have no idea what a Nissan "Homer" is, I assume its under a different name here.
What year is the MR2 model or does it matter much?
Im just in parts collection & strip down mode right now. I picked up an A12 with an oval port head, "H72 or 78 series ?" I cant remember the exact stamping #'s, double valve springs & a single side draft cannon & weber, headrer & 2" stainless exhaust all for the smokin price of $50 US, you gotta love deals like that.
I have no idea how built this motor is but I know the standard radiator will be inadquate, it was'nt enough for my stock motor 20 years ago.
I just want to find a decent rad setup & if it requires some body modifications I'd like to get it all done now.
thanks for all the tips. Edp

I've got an alloy N13 with a ten inch davis craig and the standard fan, running a turboed A14. Only real mods where making mount for the base posts.

i use a toyota mr2 radiator with 2,10 inch electric fans.the radiator is an exact fit between the bottom of the inner guards. they are a crossflow design and do come with quite good factory electric fans,i went with smaller davies craig units because of space problems. they have no filler neck on them which means you can run a remote high filler point so you don't have airlock problems. and they are simple to mount, two lower pins and two bolts off the top. i'd take some pictures for you but there's a chev in the way.

nissan homer is easy enough to fit, just make some brackets out 0f 1", 6mm thick steel.
im running an electric 10" thermo on the front pushing air in and have the standard clutch fan on the other side pulling air through

members here are using many combinations of radiators from other cars with factory and aftermaket fans for cooling
i dont know of any direct bolt in upgrades though
usually there is minimal modification to fit if you chose the right radiator
