I have a set of adjustable arms with castor rods and all the other bits and pieces to bolt up to 1200 for sale.

If your 120y struts have the same bolt spacing on the bottom of the strut as a stanza then yes, I dont know if the castor rods will the right length though.

As for the difference not seeing a set I would say the only difference would be the bolt spacing on the bottom of the strut.

PIGDOG, if I remember right last time I looked at a powermax catalogue the later 120y balljoints are a different p/nos from sunny or stanza but not the same as the early 120y 1200 p/no.

so i can put stanza lCA's in my 120y along with stanza castor rods and this will increase the track and maybe give some neg camber.
whats the difference between early and late model struts?

Ive never seen the late model 120y stuff, If its the same width as the standard 120y I think you would run into positive camber problems with stanza struts and other stock struts.

where are these late model 120y struts.... would they be the answer (more so control arms and steering arms) for people not wanting increased track width on the front that is assosiated with bigger struts/control arms

or is it just sunny stuff in a 120y from the factory

A Late model 120y strut (and every other datsun strut apart from 1200 or early 120y, R31 need a keeper ring) will bolt to a stanza steering arm.

Just so you know, the control arm does not bolt to the strut, it bolts to the engine crossmember.

The strut bolts to the steering arm which bolts to the ball joint. The ball joint then bolts to the control arm and the castor rod bolts to the control arm sharing two of the holes for the ball joint.

Theres a diagram around somewhere on how suspension bolts together.

will stanza lower control arms and castor rods bolt to a 120y strut? or will they only bolt to a stanza strut?
