Any other suggestions.
Yeah not the external throttle shaft littledarkone but the ones that run through the throats of the carbies.
Edit. Is the manifold even usable? These were sold to me by another member....

I thought you could buy a larger single shaft that would go through both carbies? but I'm obviously thinking about the accelorator cable shaft you mount up near the tappet cover

There is a hole between the two channels of each 'branch'. Just the two holes.
I'm getting the impression that this is a manifold that isn't popular- for obvious reasons.
I can't file the solex's there is'nt enough to thread onto if I shave it to the dimensions that they need to fit....Arrrgggh.

hmm doesnt look like you can trim anything there...
Also how does the manifold bolt to the head, I cant see any holes for bolts??
edit: I see its got those weird holes between the ports...

so im guessing your using the standard linkages on some solex carbys? and its the link doover between the 2 carbys that is hitting you will need to trim them down as they werent designed for the carbys being spaced closer together
but if thats not wats happening just ignore what i said

my solexes did that, just filed a few mm off each threaded end of the throttles til they fit.
