how do i do that

1) check the needle and seat
2) check float adjustment
3) check that the float does actually float!
4) if its none of those things, check fuel pressure

hi every 1 got me diff back to gether in in to i for a lap it it was running like a box of #### woudent rev just wonted to stall so i took it back up to the shed opened the bonnet and there was fuel every where cumming out of the over flow line of the closes su carb to the grill so we pulled the top and stuff of the su and fuel woudent like flow throw to it it was just getting stuck then going out the over flow line can any 1 help please
