Glad you got it back.

But with 1200 ute's going for $5000 plus. There is plenty of demand for parts and the like.

Any car of this era is unfortunatly been targeted by theives.

Its sad to here on this forum every month of someone loosing their pride and joy.

Good on you mate!!!!

Very very lucky!!!

I would still have a chat to the mechanics hey. If they didn't leave the keys in it they should have the keys to give you would they not?

If they have left the keys in the car i would still try and get something out of them. Say free work on your car for six months or something or you are taking them to court.

Great news you found your car, you are way luckier than most. But the fact still remains the car was in their care and was stolen without them realising. Maybe even at their fault.

Let us know what the outcome is with the mechanics. I'd be interested to hear what happens.

But that aside good on you. Hope it makes you appreciate your little beast even more.

Trav

Good work astro boy!

I was very stressed out for you, and was definitely hoping the best. This is the best case scenario. The dickhead mechanics should not get your business anymore.

I'm really happy for you.
