i went to the mountains too, had to go out and waste fuel to test the fuel tuning, splashed through a little creek running over the road it was fun ;) mine leaks terribly if it rains over 0.20" per hour. I'm going to have to go oaut tomorrow and waste fuel again.

According to today's run i get 25mpg if i burned gasoline while driving through the mountains, not too bad, i just have a tiny gas tank, need to get more.

Weather in Sydney during winter is cold - to us - which is about 10degrees cent. Never snows here - but we get the chilly winds from the higher mountains down south. As for summer - hot days and warm nights. Right now we've been getting a bit of rain so it hasnt been a usual sydney summer. But its hot as right now - gentle breeze - probably really good down at the beach today!!

weather in the middle of australia is cold during the summer, but its not wet, dry, cold and we have been getting frosts the last few years, black frosts, i think we got down to nearly -10 and pretty much any surviving thing outside a warm house was a big thick tree. everything died, but other than that we have hot and cold, not alot between

Or spend your afternoon in the backyard hacking up old Logs and 2x4's for the fireplace.

my car needs a bilge pump!
got in and there was tons of water in the floor, luckily i have no carpet.

Living below water level is kinda scary.

BC just doesn't get many earthquakes, a big one in washington and you'll be feeling it too.

I'm unsure if cloudy weather will depress me, sometimes january gets to me, but it's not the weather as much as the crazy life changes that always seem to happen that time of year.

I'd rather be cold than hot, at least in theory, i can put on more clothing to warm up.

I'm not sure whats worse, having tornado warnings and storms that can distory your house or just being cold up here in B.C.

We get the "canada is coverd in snow 9 months of the year and we live in igloos thing". We had like 4 days of snow last year and it was only about 5cm thick. Its chili here right now, about -2 in the morning 4 in the afternoon and back to -2 at night. However, there is not a cloud in the sky which kind of looks like a cold summer.

It rains like crazy during the rainy seasons and is depressing as hell. I guess it isen't that bad, no earth quakes, Storms, Tornado's or Volcanoes. The only scary thing is that Richmond is an island which is surrounded by a Dyke. This means that I live below the waterline and if there was a major earthquake or something, we would flood, sink and die. Until then we got some kick arse Mountains 45mins from here!

I would love to visit Australia someday, beautiful landscape and waters I hear. Can anyone discribe the weather there in winter?
