Yeah I was looking in to this as well - doesn't seem to be a cheap DIY tool to put the beads on the end of fuel pipes - just take the bent up pipe into an EFI place and get them to put some beads in it is my plan.

If you are thinking of running 15+psi..
Then please get them at least single flare them (using a double flare tool) on the ends.

When you start running 60-70psi on the fuel lines, you start thinking about hoses blowing off, and fuel spraying around. Not good at all.

Remember that maximum turbo EFI fuel pressure is 40psi + boost pressure. The fuel pressure has to raise to counteract the boost pressure, so as to maintain reliable/constant flow. So 60 or 70psi is not uncommon.

I haven't flared mine..but I also live in great fear.

what ever you want, you can flare, swage or leave it , if you leave it plain use two hose clamps.

I got some new fuel lines for the supply and the return for the CA. Its one of the last few jobs before go day.

Any way I have cut them and bent them into the desired shape. But what do I do with the ends. Do I just put the fuel hose on each end use a fuel hose clamp to secure it? Or should I be flarring the end of the tube.
