There should be a Datsun 1000 rescue fund where enthusiasts pitch in to purchase 1000's (particularly KB10's) and select who would be the best candidate to keep them.

Repayments could be sorted out via exchange of parts involved with the purchase or steady weekly repayments.

If only the word trust was adhered to a little more.

My old man used to have this going with a group of his mates in the UK they'd rescue classics do them up and sell them, deviding the money up amongst the shareholders.

I have had heaps of interest in the car but so far to date no one with the cash, can someone please buy it soon I am worried that it is deteriating now that it has to sit out in the weather. A tarp and car cover can only protect it so much.
