tortion bar on datsun 1000's WTF!
im pretty damn sure hiluxs use tortion bars (if we are talking about the bar that runs down a bit of the chassis and acts as your spring)
the datsun 1000 uses a transverse leaf spring double wish bone type suspension

You are thinking of Tortion Bar. Like the datto 1000 or a 1950's dodge. If you want to go back in time and make things worse for your car after you have finished the time machine go back a couple of million years and step on any fish you may see crawling out of the ocean!
