The offset of a wheel is the distance of the hub mounting face from the centreline of the wheel, for example, +22 offset means the mounting face is 22mm towards the outside of wheel from the centreline. +0 or Zero offset means the mounting face is centreline, -22 means the mounting face is inboard of the wheel.

To measure I get the wheel on flat surface, measure from flat surface to mounting face, then flip the wheel and do the same and split the difference and theres your measurement.

Hey i shortend a ford 8" diff and put discs on it and adjusties in the front of my datsun. looks awesome. but i need to know how to measure off sets so i can get mags to fit around the calipers and in the guards. thanks
