what struts are you using if they are stanza struts you should find somthing with the same off set as a TRX rim. if its a 16 x 7 you will need a +35 off set if they are 16 x 6 you will need around +20 to a + 25.
I have been trying to figure it out for about 2 years now and finally got it right this week end. both rims sit inside the guards and dont scrub.

i have 17x7's on my coupe. there some pics of it on here with the rear cut away and the front fitted with fibreglass flares. they fit but just....

rolling defo wouldn't of got these babies on the car.

i couldnt fit my gaurd roller on the datto... the suspension didnt have enough sag, way around it but i put it in the meh pile and just bent up the lip. With 16's i rekon you're going to have more problems with rub on the wheel tub by your feet when in the car. Had that problem with 15's with an average offset.... no enough castor.

yeah but yours have the right offset where as im looking at the konig rewinds which only come in 0 offset....


o yeah i meant to tell you i got a guard rolling machine.

hey jake i got 15'' by 6'' my cousin mate did mine but he cut the hole lip out then reweld it and shaped it but it was a real pain in the ass but looks the goods in the end(sort of like them weld in flares on ebay) if that helps

does anybody have 16x7 0 offset rims fitted to there 1200... if you do is it possible to just roll the gaurds out or do you have to fit moulded guards?
