not like we use reverse much anyway... not sure what tail shafts bolt up t ha165, i think they have similar flange to h145 so should bolt up.

Im using h150 so need 120y or sunny auto one.

I know that stumpys use same input shaft into gearbox as our tail shafts and most L series guys that use same tail shaft when swapping to Stumpy gboxs dont have an issue, so i guess we shouldnt either.

Grab a free 5 speed from dodgeman even if its a bit of a drive, if it works its a score, if not, bin it for scrap metal.

Oh Hello. Planning to use a Ute Diff in My Sedan Have been offered a 5 speed but have to go get it, Bit of a drive to, still grateful i might add. So do the 1200 Auto Tail shafts bolt up to these with ute diff and The reverse jumping 4 speed. ?

nice find, the L series bxs, 4 and 5 will bot up to each L varient, but the dive shafts will vary as the box lenghts vary.

You have the same 4 seed as the one i have currently Open in new window
byt he sounds of it.

Are you planning on using the auto stock tailshaft to suit your current diff? have you got h145 h150 BW or h165?

i was looking for a 5 speed and found one but $$$ are tight when 4 speeds are free in most cases.
