those rims are from the fiat 124 shape or the similar lancia hatchback model, very nice polished up.

some great ideas here:

1. Paint the centers charcoal, leave gold elsewhere. Not sure if it would be an improvement, the gold looks great already

2. Stock steel wheels with a stainless beauty ring and chrome lugnuts. Look surprisingly nice.

I thought they may be a fiat design, that was the first thing I looked for to try and identify the wheels.

In your price range mik... Bah! It says $79.99, not $7.99. I tell you what. I'll sell you a set of 13x6 for $80. No wait. $79.99.

edit. Not too bad those rims. Personally I think they would look better with charcoal centres but they do look very 1970's.
