Yfj20t,
I would either need the car or at least need to know if your using the original spring locations and if it is a ute or coupe as the front spring location is different. There are also several ways to go about it.

Eg. chromolly tube w chromolly threaded tube adaptors to screw rod ends into.
Or mild tube with urethane bushes at each end.

The front location can also be done in several ways.

Send me a PM if you are serious, to talk about options/ costs.

Simon.

That shouldn't be too difficult

You have a good base platform to work off

The strut top covers i will have to look into also. They would have to have an "O" ring or similar to hold them in place. More homework required!!
I know polished ally would be easier to make.

Revhead and Clyons, you have Pm`s

If anyone wants manifolds made for bike carbs or throttle bodies, you will have to either send me them so i can make a manifold to suit or you`ll have to send me detailed drawings. I have a standard 1200 i can use for body clearance issues, but will need all other dimensions.

If a few people want them made and can settle on a particular common Quad carb (or throttle body setup). This would make life easier for me and cheaper for you.

Something like the one shown in the earlier pic is fairly straight forward.
It would involve matching the carb outlet diameter with tubing and tapering it down to match the oval port and tig welding these to precut flanges. Be aware that a design like this has some compromises where the the runner angle meets the port and the carb, but would be cost effective to make. Id guess about $230.

As for scuff plates, i`ll have to do some homework. I`ll get back to you all.
