I can't be sure but I think it's on the left hand side of the engine at the back, near the transmission. This is so it's visible in a fwd car. I know the engine number on the Z24 in my navara is there.

Would it be possible to get a late model Nissan Micra, fit the 1.8 litre motor from a Tiida & then turbocharged it? Your answer must include parts numbers for the conversion. You have 12 months. Commence.

Hi all,
I have been looking for the engine number on my CA20E. I have this bad feeling that it is behind the jerry rigged alternator bracket. Can some one snap a pic and paint an arrow for location. I have just had my eyes tested and I have new specs and if is right in front of me I am going to get my money back!
