Try a D21 Navara washer nozzle set up. You need a set of long nose pliers to get them out, as you squeeze both sides in. I'm going to move the washer nozzles on my Sunny out onto the bonnet,using 2 Navara nozzles to get 4 streams of water onto the windscreen. KE30 & KE50 corolla's are a good source of Y shaped plastic fittings if you need that shape.

I was going to use a chrome one I brought from America on Ebay. But requires hole in bonnet to be enlarged and I had painted the car already. So cleaned up the original. Used some black retic dripper hose under the bonnet and tucked it in the wire loom. looks neat.
