The choke is on top

Hi Guys

Car was running before 3 weeks , so i don't think so that the fuel is bad, I have tried Carb Test as specified by DD
I am not clear about the carb at all just tell me which is the choke here ,

How old is the fuel? when was the car last running? Is the fuel clean? , we had a car at work, wouldnt start. took the plugs out, let the cylinder dry abit. put new plugs in and away it went.

Car needs 3 things.
Fuel, air and spark.
on that line, is the carby set-up correctly , with the correct air/fuel ratio?
Is the air filter blocked?

I remember my engine wont start days....here's the process I followed (just the one in the workshop manual with my pretty pics added)

Thanks, i will go home and check it ,i don't see any Top Mark on my crank pulley but in my engine block has,how do i adjust it ? And i got 56T Transmission box,what is the oil capacity of it ?

Spark + Fuel

Remove the air cleaner lid
Push choke knob fully in to dash
and look down in the carburetor while moving the throttle
Do you see a consistent squirt of fuel?
* Yes, fuel is OK
* No, carburetor problem
* Fuel trickles, not consistent, carburetor problem

Just Need Help Urgently Guys, Fixed My datsun back it doesn't start

Engine Cranks Properly
Spark is there on the plug
Petrol Pump is working The Carb is half filed with Petrol

But there is no sign of it starts
Push it but still not

Need to Clarify Few Things

The Lower part which we connect Platinum Point(what do you call it ? )on it there are few points A ||||| R Etc, to which point should i keep it ? Could not Check Compression on Today I am gonna to check it, but seems it is ok , What else should i check guys any advice on Please.....
