You need to check the brake hoses for swelling under pressure (lose shape when brake is applied) but do not leak. Thier should be three brake hoses one on each front caliper and the third attaching the axle to the hard brake line on the body. I bring this up due to having the same problem your having on a repair of an older vehicle, I had put in all new hydraulics (calipers, pistons, master cylinder) as per customers request, I pressure bled them, no luck. In a panic I changed out the brake booster (at my cost), no luck. It was the stupid hoses swelling! I hope this helps you out.

Get a mighty-vac or another brand of bleeder and back bleed the system.

One good way to test if your brakes system is leaking is to simply put you foot on the pedal and slowly push it to the floor, doing it fast can balloon the seals and hide the problem. Mabey wrap some white rages at each connection to see what comes up

You adjust the back brakes tight? And use auto/no backflow or pressure bleeding?

Stop guessing and rule out the most common cause -- bleed them again, very carefully. And adjust the rear brakes.

If that doesn't solve it we can yak some more
