i ran 205's all round on my ute for a while, almost cleared the guards on lock except the front at the bottom, the corner was bent up a lil. as soon as i sorted out the suspension from 4wd spec to nice n low 205's aren't even close to fitting lol.

nice, but say these clear the struts and don't rub the inner on full lock, apart from the guard needed a rollover to clear, can the original components handle the strain ? found 185/45/15's btw for $125 http://www.tech9tyres.com.au/index.php/tyres/detail/ns2/

yup that's realised, but was wondering if the standard but recently replaced datsun 1200 steering component's and anything els affected can handle turning so much rubber without any ill effects, and what would be the main parts to strengthen ?

could loook at 200b or stanza struts if it clears the strut could be good but it may or will hit the inner guard on lock and will hit the front lower part of the guard
