Hi friend I am new to engine repairing trying to learn, where is the booster locate? how it's look like post any picture if you have. vacuum lines are mess up I have no drawing to pix it properly. is it easy to clean the pump jet? thanks

Does the vanette have a booster?
You need to check your vaccuum lines.
I've seen boosters leaking, When you push the pedal, that result in higher idle.
Could it just be that you idle is too low or ignition a bit too retarded?
Possibly starving of fuel due to float level being too low?

They are my guesses.
