Hi Guys
Made My Blower working, Actualy it is fitted to the Air Conditioner unit it self to the behind, The blowing is coming through the AC unit Itself to the driving Cabin, and Little Air towards the Carpet Area under dash to Driver and Passenger side too, It is working without any speedo Control i think it is working for faster speed, the controller switch is on Ac Unit itself should try to connect to that switch so you have speed control on the Blower
Thanks Regards sumith

none of us have air conditioning. So when you find out, let us know.

The blower is below the radio, above and behind the floor console. This is the blower motor for the heating and ventilation system.
If you have air conditioning, then there is a separate blower for that.

Yellow arrowed switch is for the windscreen wipers on my 120Y. The fan (blower) is turned on by one of the two slides on the front of the heater. The red arrowed vent is flow through ventilation, push it in to let air flow out, air speed is reliant on road speed, the faster you're going the faster the air. A problem I found with my 120y is that there is usually a broken screw that cuts all power to the fan. That screw is the screw joining the resistors that cause the speed to drop. It also happens with the B310 Sunny. there is a little plastic fitting in the heater body that the wires go to, this can be removed & there are two coiled wires on the inside. I usually grab a small screw & nut & replace the broken one, which is usually plastic.

Pull out on the lever with the fan picture on it. One click is slow speed, two clicks is high.. You can either have it come from the vents under the windscreen (defrost), your feet or the cabin.

Hi Guys
for my memory i have never seen my blower working i want to remove it and see why and fix it again can any one help me how to that step by step instructions please, other think (might be a stupid question ?) how do you switch on the blower is it with the air condition unit switch which has heat, cool etc etc ? when your blower is on from where the air is coming into driving area, is it from the 2 venting holes that has in the dash cover ? or from the air condition unit it self.
thanks Regards sumith
