clean swap for my n14 pulsar?

I need to upgrade to a bigger ute and it's therefore time to sell the 1200.

Details: 1985 Datsun 1200; A15 motor; 5 speed dogleg gearbox (not sure which type - runs at about 3200 at a proper 100 kmh); disc brake front end; 13 inch chrome rims; tyres are 205/60 x 13 rear and 185/65 x 13 front; tyres have only done 15,000 k's and are still as new; no problems with motor in the 5 years I have had it. Carby rebuild, new starter, new alternator and new regulator is all that has needed to be done. Starts first time every time. Has lots of k's on the odometer. Compete with tonneau cover.
Now the bad - body is a bit rough with an average front right guard (I have a replacement which will come with the ute), tailgate has had one of the latches rewelded, rust coming thru in a few places.
Ute was my daily driver for four or five years. Depending on price agreed, may come with a custom made 1.9 mm checker plate toolbox.
Ute is for sale without reg or RWC
Given the condition I am looking for $2350.00 but will accept a reasonable offer.
