it would be the same as cutting rust out...

Hey i am in the process of buying a 1200 ute and i am wanting to get info on the process and everything i will need to undertake... im wanting to shave the rear tail gate handles off, the black rubber bung things and also the two side black bumpers. what will i have to do to do this and cost and so on
thanks.
