most people get a 12a front cover and modify rx3 front engine mount to suit

scroll down this page and it'll give you a good idea it got a couple photos

You don't need to modify the sump.

Moroso sells a baffled racing sump that is marketed as fitting the 1200
* 6.25 qt
* dual trap door baffles

fitting a rotor in is piss ant, i don't know why you'd modify the sump i never had to unless your doing it for performance reasons

The engine fits no problems, they even make an oil pan specifically for 13B into 1200.

The problem is fitting that large Mazda transmission...

Thanks wardy.knew 13b fit but was originally going to goin series 5 but to hard to find so now going series 6.did you make your engine mounts?do you know if the maddat kit fits the series 6? Thanks mate

Lol Ange!!...Fit piece of piss, hardest thing is gettIng the angle of the engine right. Even with a large maddat tunnel my bellhousing is around 10mm from it. Check out my build if you wanna see how they fit.

yeah theyre pretty small engines. if it wont go in the boot put a towel down and sit it on the back seat

but seriously yeah there has been plenty of 13b turbo 1200's built for drag over the years
