just got back in the country (from the USA)... those seat would have been more comfortable than the cattle class QANTAS seats for 16 hours

Shipping between here and Australia is pretty reasonable until you get to oversize boxes................after that ouch.

As for the seats by all means if you can sit in them, they do vary in fit.

Yeah i know i used to work for qantas in the international freight section,i should off known better.Buy the way which is better sparco or velo?

Maybe it wasnt super economy shipping by people smuggling boat??
I know that air freight is super pricey qantas charges about $20,000 for a skid the size of a few pallets.

I haven't purchased seats from the US but have purchased many other items in varying sizes. 2g's might be a bit on the high side but they are a bulky item and once it gets to big you are paying for the space it takes up. I had a box that was about 1500 x 500 x 500 sent and that cost about $525. Even most small items end up costing at least $80 to send via USPS which is the cheapest method unless it goes in a shipping container.

Hi guys been on the net,looking at getting some sparco seats.Here in syd they are $499 each, on the us website they are $359 which works out to be about $350 with the way the $ is at the moment.Just rang fedex and they quoted me 2g to send them which is rediculous,its gotto be wrong.Has anyone sent seats from the us to aus,if so what did u pay?
