250 fine with l in front on the street as long as you don't go super low, then it gets harsh.

give them a call im sure they'd be happy to help.
i sent my 120y struts to scott and he shortened them, put koni's in and fitted the coilover kit then sent them back.

i ran 250's in my ute (with rotary) and it was firm but definately not too stiff for road

They sell the kits but they don't sell them together as a complete strut. The only sell the 200B struts.

Basically I'd like to supply the struts and have a 45mm coilover sleeve kit fitted (cut and re-threaded), fitted with king springs and KYB Inserts. Would like to get them back complete ready to fit into the car.

The car is a '76 Ute and I plan to have an L Series bottom end with a Z18ET top half. It will mainly be a street car so I'm thinking 250lb might be too stiff? maybe 200-225 would be better?

No idea what inserts to use.

Don't you need to just cut your struts and weld the sleeve on ?

G'day guys,

About to purchase a 45mm Coilover sleeve kit, springs and KYB inserts to install onto my 1200 disc struts.

Just wondering if there are any good machine shops in Melbourne that could do this work or anyone on here that has access to the equipment required? I want them cut and re-threaded. I'd like to supply everything and get it back completely assembled. Not sure what else I will need in terms of seals, oil etc but will supply everything.

What would I be looking at for this kind of work?

Cheers, Joe.
