Well gold weight is about $21 gram roughly at moment. retail is about 250%-300% mark up. so 11k/3 is about $3650 .. so your asking price is right on the button... If you wish to know true gold weight price, just get gold weight per oz in paper and divide by 2.6 for 9ct.

Trust me I know what I'm talking about and no I paid cheaper then 5500.yes it is stamped.no I will not sell to a jellerwy shop cause they rip you off.micheal hill quoted me $11000 for this exact bracelet but the don't do custom work so this was no good for them.my valuation is at $7800 signed on Paper.im in no rush at all.i know I will sell it for what I'm asking as I did with my last 2xbracelets.it is in brand new condition and 9ct.

the carat of the gold will be a BIG factor in the price you get, the type of link too. on top of that you need to look at the condition of the bracelet. if your really after a quick sell to get the funds your best bet would be to take it too a jewellery store such as Angus & Cootes, or Michael Hill - these jewellers do tend to buy gold, otherwise go to a Gold Buyers kiosk n see what they give u there. is it stamped? where is the gold from? that too will have an impact. if u paid $5.5k then you have paid retail - n resale will not be close to that. even asking $3.8k might be pushing it.
